①10G SFP+ SR direct connect: Two modules are connected by a multi-mode optical fiber of LC interface, which is suitable for short-distance transmission within 300m;
②10G SFP+ LR direct connect: Two modules are connected by a single-mode optical fiber of LC interface, which is suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet transmission within 300m~10km;
③10G SFP+ ER direct connect: Two modules are connected by a single-mode optical fiber of LC interface, which is suitable for transmission from 10km to 40km;
④10G SFP+ ZR direct connect: Two modules are connected by a single-mode optical fiber with LC interface, which is suitable for long-distance transmission over 40km.
①The simplest solution of SFP+ and QSFP+ connection is to use a 4in1 fiber, one side is MPO interface connected with QSFP+ module, the other four are LC interfaces connected to the SFP+ module. It can be transmitted without any equipment, which saves cost and space resources. But the disadvantage is that the fiber has to be replaced if any part is damaged;
②The other way is to combine 4 SFP+ optical modules and 1 QSFP+ optical module by using an optical fiber distribution box, and connect the box with the QSFP+ module by MTP-LC fiber jumpers. This solution can be easily maintained.
