We have rigorous selection and evaluation for raw material suppliers, and mature inspection and acceptance process of raw material. We will strictly inspect and control all raw materials and components before they are put into storage to ensure the quality of the finished product.

Process control is an important part of quality control. We formulate and implement special procedures based on current industry standards and other relevant rules, strengthen inspection and supervision, and monitor, control and verify process parameters with appropriate frequency to ensure all equipment and operators can meet it. We control all aspects of the production product process including fiber optic transceivers, transceivers with sfp and sfp+ compatibility,  compatible brocade transceivers and  transceiver cisco strictly! At the same time, we will focus on the special skills and processes required for the maintenance and operation of the relevant equipment regularly, so as to improve and correct the deficiencies in the process in time.

Although the focus of quality control has been partially shifted to various preventive activities in the early stage of production and during the production process, the inspection of finished products, for example, compatible brocade sfp transceiver, is still an indispensable important element in our quality control system! After completing the assembly process, we will conduct a series of finished product tests, product parameter debugging, room temperature test, high and low-temperature test, A0 information comparison, high-temperature aging test, final inspection, compatibility test, etc. 100% quality inspection in every link from the incoming material to the final inspection of the finished product to ensure "zero defect" of the product.
