200G QSFP56 uses mainstream digital signal processor (DSP) and hot-swappable QSFP56 package. It has 4 independent channels for transmission and receiption, the rate of each channel is 53G.
It can be divided into 6 types according to different transmission distances(as picture showed):

⑤200G QSFP56 LR4
⑥200G QSFP56 ER4
The 200G QSFP56 is an upgraded version of the 40G QSFP+ and 100G QSFP28 optical transceivers. It is specially designed for 200G Ethernet interconnection.
